TRF provides an all-inclusive early childhood education program for children with disabilities, including social and emotional challenges. These child disability services include the provision of special accommodations allowing children with disabilities and other concerns to thrive within our classroom community, ensuring access to free or affordable subsidized child care that meets their needs.

Through collaborative partnerships and engaged parents, children transition to the next stages of learning confident, socially, and, emotionally ready to succeed.
