TRF provides an all-inclusive program for children with disabilities, including social and emotional challenges. These child disability services include the provision of special accommodations allowing children with disabilities and other concerns to thrive within our classroom community, ensuring access to free or affordable subsidized child care that meets their needs.

Through collaborative partnerships and engaged parents, children transition to the next stages of learning confident, socially, and, emotionally ready to succeed.

Through our child mental health center at TRF, we have fastened ourselves to the approach that prevention and early intervention is the key to healthy child development and lifelong success.
